karrott Over the next few days, we'll be completely dividing the forums. Right now, we've got some separated boards and some that are shared by the two sites. We're going to be duplicating the shared boards in an effort to make the two sites more independent. Private topics and global announcements will still remain accessible from both sites. Also, you may have noticed a large number of junk topics on some of our older forums. We're currently tweaking the archiver to remove the correct amount of topics. But until then, please report any junk topics under the "Other" category. We're going to be actively removing topics that are no longer used to make our site have a less cluttered appearance. Thanks again for your support, and if you haven't already, be sure to check out the new contest. We'll be giving away some amazing awards to those whose banners are selected. :) UPDATE: We've changed the archival tool so that it will remove topics that haven't been posted in for two months. Also, the forum separation plan has completed, and you'll now find entirely different forums for each site. Please continue to report any topics you may find that appear to be junk. karrott As you may have noticed, our forums are very congested at the moment. There are topics that haven't been used in ages, and stickies that aren't even relevant anymore. Because of this, we have implemented a new topic archival system. The system will automatically archive topics and PTs that haven't been used in over a period of 5 months. When a topic is archived, you will no longer be able to see the topic or post within it. The topic archives are accessible only to site admins, but if you need content from one (such as a lost giveaway staff list) feel free to contact an admin and we'd be happy to help you retrieve your info. Please also note that administrators are free to browse the archives at their leisure, and if they should come across a post that violates the site rules, PT or not, you are still subject to the penalties outlined in the site rules. We hope that this will clear up some of the topics that seem to be collecting dust in the depths of our forums.
